About Us
In 1991 the idea of a bakery was born. Where Armando and Emilce Gelista started making bread from a small apartment, they offered and distributed the bread from door to door and in companies. Seeing that the demand for bread was increasing, they decided it was time to start the business. This was how Panaderia Guatemalteca"La Mejor" opened its doors on June 15, 1995 in Garland Tx
